" Sandles Car Supermarket staff were good because they all had the answers to questions about the car I was buying. Gina is who processed the sale and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very friendly, organised and delivered on everything she promised. I drove down from Scotland to buy a ar, simply because the right one came up and no others locally could match the car you were selling. Gina was detailed with all the information I required. She sent videos of the car as I was unable to view the car before I commited to the sale. She was punctual on the day of the sale which was key as I had many miles to cover to get home. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. I have bought many cars in the past but this was by far the most pleasant experience. I would put this down to the professionalism of Gina and the team and the way the whole business operates. Gina managed to get my car serviced and valeted ahead of other cars as I had one day in that week which I could drive down to buy the car. The valeting team did wonders on damage Gina pointed out in videos previously to the repairs. This gave me a used car in exceptional condition which I can now enjoy many happy miles of motoring. A special thanks to the valeting team who have made my car look and smell like a new car. Thank you to the servicing team for fitting me into your busy schedual. I will be recommending Gina and the Sandles team to anyone in the market for a car. I just wish every sales experience I have was as effortless, organised, friendly and professional as this. " My experience at Sandles Car Supermarket was positive because when i went to look at what cars were available there was no pressure tactics to make a sale .We chose the car we liked and asked for a test drive this was pretty straight forward just produce my licence and sign a few questions whilst we were out on the test drive my car that i bought there 6 years ago was valued we accepted the offer and chose to purchase the car we collected it a week later at a time that was convenient to us and was giving a lesson in how all the functions work one week later we had a nice surprise an email from Gina the girl who dealt with us throughout asking how we liked the car and was everything ok witch i thought was a nice touch when the time comes to change this car we shall definetley make a return visit . thank you Sandals and thank you Gina . " Sandles Car Supermarket were fantastic because the customer experience start to finish was just that. We had been searching for a particular vehicle for a few months and we noticed that Sandles had the exact version we wanted at their site. We therefore popped in to have a look and met Gina, who was just a pleasure to deal with. She set up the car quickly for a test drive and then we sat down with her to go through the sales process, part exchange and finance options. Unlike other cars salespeople we have met in the past, she was not pushy and did not try and sell us lots of add ons that we didn't want. She seemed to take a genuine interest in our lives and even gave our baby son, a little Sandles branded car which was such a lovely touch! We ended up agreeing to but the car the following week and I found the buying process to be straightforward and the pick up was also smooth and professional. We are loving our car and thank you Gina for such fantastic service. "
